I have been practicing law in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas since 1984 in the field of Civil Litigation.  I was a partner of an AV Rated civil litiagaton firm for 17 years, formally known as Koppel, Ezell, Jackson & Kimball, of Harlingen, Texas.  After the firm dissolved in 2001, I continued practicing in the area of civil litigation as a solo practitioner.  In my 30-year career, I have represented many individual and corporate clients in a wide range of civil cases and disputes. 

In the area of  commercial litigation,  I have represented numerous local businesses, banks, construction companies, medical clinics, and individuals.  Some of my past commercial clients include: Valley Cancer Associates, P.A. of Harlingen, Texas; Scoggins Construction Company of Harlingen, Texas; Texas State Bank (now Compass Bank);  Border States Electric Supply; Valley Diagnostic Clinic of Harlingen, Texas; Eyear Optical Stores of McAllen, Texas; and Valley Endoscopy Center of Harlingen, Texas.
